PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide seat type water closet equipment in which the work for electric power supply wires, water supply pipes and water drain pipes can be concentrated by utilizing openings made through a concealed surface of an installing portion for a seat type water closet. SOLUTION: This seat type water closet equipment is equipped with a water supply tank on which a shower toilet seat can be placed and a water closet. Electric power supply lines, water supply pipes and drain pipes are inserted into the equipment from an opening opened to either one side of a floor or a wall surface to be concealed by the seat type water closet equipment. In this way, opening work can be restricted to either the wall or the floor, and no opening is required for the other. Workability is enhanced and cost is reduced, and a neat appearance is obtained.
