PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To strengthen the secrecy of data and at the same time to accelerate processing by proposing a new data modulation method for making it difficult to alter data with a simple configuration. SOLUTION: A keycode is used to switch modulation methods. Concretely, the keycode is divided every two bits, and the modulation methods are switched in accordance with each divided code. In the divided code 00, a modulation method 1 is adopted, in the divided code 01, a modulation method 2, in the divided code 10, a modulation method 3, and in the divided code 11, a modulation method 4.
