发明名称 OSCILLATION CIRCUIT WITH TEMPERATURE COMPENSATION
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oscillation circuit which is not dependent on temperature and is excellent in accuracy of an output signal. SOLUTION: The oscillation circuit has a constant-current circuit which does not depend on temperature and is a ring oscillator which connects the odd number of steps of inverters in a ring shape. A drain terminal of a p-type transistor P0 constituting the constant-current circuit is connected to a VDD and a source terminal is connected to a GND through a constant-current source 11. A gate terminal of the p-type transistor P0 is connected to the source terminal. The gate terminals of the p-type transistor constituting each inverter circuit are connected to the gate terminal of the p-type transistor P0. Almost the same current as the p-type transistor P0 which does not depend on temperature runs in each p-type transistor of the inverter circuits because the p-type transistor P0 and each transistor of the inverter circuit constitute a current mirror.
