PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation device having moderation feeling and excellent in durability, and a vehicle shifter.SOLUTION: An operation device 101 comprises: an operation member 1 which can be inclined and operated; a support member 2 for supporting the operation member 1; plural movable side magnetic bodies MM which are operated and inclined with the operation member 1; facing side magnetic bodies TM respectively disposed between pairs of facing movable side magnetic bodies; and plural stopper parts 6 respectively positioned corresponding to positions where the operation member 1 are positioned. When the operation member 1 is at a standard position, the pair of movable side magnetic bodies MM come close to and are sucked together, and when the operation member 1 is inclined from the standard position and positioned at plural positions, ones of the pairs of movable magnetic bodies MM (M14, M24) are inclined and the others of the pairs of the movable side magnetic bodies MM (M34, M44) are prevented from being inclined by the stopper parts 6 (6a, 6b), and the operation device 101 is preferably applied to the vehicle shifter.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12 |
