CULTIVATION METHOD OF MUSHROOMS USING FAR-INFRARED RAYS

PURPOSE: Provided is a cultivation method of mushrooms using far-infrared rays, thereby increasing the taste and nutrient of mushrooms and inhibiting the growth of bacteria and harmful insects. CONSTITUTION: A cultivation method of mushrooms using far-infrared rays comprises the steps of; composing a heat plate by laminating a mixed layer of quartz porphyry and zeolite and a vermiculite layer; charging the upper surface thereof with medium material comprising 20 wt.% of quartz porphyry, 10 wt.% of zeolite, 10 wt.% of vermiculite and 60% of saw dust and nutrients and placing a plurality of cultivation vessels in which mushrooms are planted; and operating the heating plate to maintain the temperature to 30-40 deg.C.
