PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high frequency induction heating device which can uniformly heat a heated member even if the heated member has such a structure as causing uneven heating by heating with a heating coil.SOLUTION: When a heated member 5 has a local region that is hardly heated by induction heating, temperature can be raised to temperature of level equivalent to other region, by using an auxiliary heating member 8 and supplying radiation heat from the auxiliary heating member 8 where temperature is raised to or above target temperature of the heated member 5 by the induction heating. Furthermore, by using a shield member 10, even if the heated member 5 has a local region easily heated by the induction heating, temperature rise can be suppressed to temperature of the level equivalent to other region. Consequently, even the heated member 5 has a complex structure, the heated member can be heated rapidly and uniformly.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 |
