摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a sintered member with an inner hole having superior accuracy in coaxiality. SOLUTION: When manufacturing the sintered member with an inner hole, compaction is performed using a die assembly composed of a die, an upper punch and a lower punch having a projected core part on the top surface and then sintering is carried out to form the sintered member. By performing the compaction using such a die assembly, accuracy in coaxiality between inner and outer peripheries can be remarkably improved in particular and desired dimensional accuracy can be secured without performing sizing treatment after sintering, and further, finish machining, such as cutting and grinding, can be omitted.
