PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyester elastomer having sufficient flexibility, abrasion resistance and grease resistance and high mechanical strength without using a lubricant. SOLUTION: The polyester elastomer resin composition contains a thermoplastic polyolefin elastomer in a thermoplastic polyester elastomer matrix in the form of domains having an average diameter of≤5μm.
