ACTIVE ENERGY RAY CURING COMPOSITION AND ARTICLE HAVING CURED COATING FILM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active energy ray-curing composition that can suppress sticking of dust in the working conditions before the curing operation and can form cured coating film having high scuff resistance. SOLUTION: The active energy ray-curing composition comprises (A) a compound that is obtained by reaction of (a1) an epoxy di(meth)acrylate with (a2) a diisocyanate and (B) organic coated inorganic fine particles that can be obtained by condensation reaction between (b1) inorganic fine particles and a hydrolyzate of organic silane.
