PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a curable resin composition having a long pot life. SOLUTION: The curable resin composition comprises a thio(meth)acrylate compound represented by general formula (1) (R<SP>1</SP>is a hydrogen atom or a methyl group; X is a 1-4C alkyl group or a halogen atom; m is an integer of 0-4) and a phosphite compound.
