PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hook for hanging an object in cargo handling work, allowing ropes to be automatically detached from the hook after hanging and moving the object to land in an object place, without needing to hold down the hook by a worker during cargo handling work. SOLUTION: A suspension rod hook support shaft 3 and a hook support shaft passage guide groove 4 are connected by providing a guide groove in a displacement moving passage of a suspension rod shaft, and a point A and a point B are determined in the support shaft passage guide groove. When the suspension rod hook support shaft is positioned at the point A, the hook faces upward, and when the suspension rod hook support shaft is positioned at the point B, the hook faces downward.
