PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens unit capable of preventing out-of-focus due to thermal expansion or thermal contraction with a simple structure, and to provide an imaging apparatus.SOLUTION: A lens unit 10 in an embodiment is a lens unit having three or more lenses therein including a set of lenses each having a power sign different from each other disposed being neighboring to each other.
