PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in local backup of NAS3 in a conventional network system having at least one NAS3, that the integrated management of backup data has been difficult for a backup device under each NAS3, and problems in remote backup of NAS3 such as deterioration of I/O performance of the NAS3 which acquired backup, increased load for backup data transfer and association method with backup data storage designations, which are caused by an increase in NAS3 to be backed up. SOLUTION: This backup acquiring device 5 is provided with a backup control program 12 and an NDMP data receiving program 11 to separate a data access network 181 from a data backup network 182.
