PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a support system for disaster preventing facilities which allows a disaster-preventing center personnel or a watchman such as guards, etc., to operate a fire receiver, a general control panel or a fire-extinguishing control panel in proper operating procedures in the event of a fire, if not daily using them. SOLUTION: When the support system is called from any disaster-preventing receiver through a calling means, it displays building information of a concerned building and receiver information of the disaster-preventing receiver from a first memory means on a display, and has a first means for displaying information of circumstances received from the disaster-preventing receiver on the display in addition to the concerned receiver information.
