PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a PCL comprising an inter-PLC data communication method. SOLUTION: A problem is solved by using a PLC0 (reference numeral 12) having control privileges to control the inter-PLC data communication and PLC1, 2, 3 (reference numerals 13, 14, 15) having no control privileges. After the PLC0 requests the PLC1, 2, 3 and obtains data set (4), (7), (10), the PLC0 yields the control privileges according to a request from the PLC1 (reference numeral 13). The PLC1 to which the control privileges are yielded requests the PLC0, 2, 3 (reference code 12, 14, 15) having no control privileges to obtain data set (1), (8), (11). COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
