PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless microphone having an excellent effect with which various kinds of settings performed by a user in addition to an original wireless audio transmission function are remote-controlled from a receiver side and respective circuit functions are shared for reducing the expansion of circuit scale caused by digitization. SOLUTION: Before a 3rd local circuit R3 n-multiplies the output of a TCXO 25, a 3rd local signal is generated in a 1st local circuit R1 and a 2nd local circuit R2, and the 1st local circuit R1, the 2nd local circuit R2 and the 3rd local circuit R3 are respectively combined.
