PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an induction heating cooker capable of easily obtaining target power even with a special cooking container in which a magnetic metal is deposited onto a central part of a bottom face of the cooking container that is formed from an aluminum material.SOLUTION: The induction heating cooker comprises control means 61 which discriminates a material or the presence/absence of a pot at an upper side of an inner heating coil 15a based on a detection current of input current detection means 2 and a detection current of inner heating coil current detection means 55, and discriminates a material or the presence/absence of a pot at an upper side of an outer heating coil 15b based on the detection current of the input current detection means 2 and a detection current of outer heating coil current detection means 56. In accordance with discrimination results, the control means 61 controls a common arm 30, an inner heating coil arm 20 and an outer heating coil arm 40 and, if a current of the outer heating coil 15b exceeds a current limit value of the outer heating coil 15b, then controls a current of the inner heating coil 15a while maintaining the current of the outer heating coil 15b equal to or lower than the current limit value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
