PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive simulator in which the behavior of a vehicle when the accident occurs in a variety of environments can be safely experienced. SOLUTION: A vehicle motion arithmetic part 26 changes a motion calculation model for a simulation vehicle according to the simulation environment selected by the driver, and calculates motion information on the simulation vehicle on the basis of the motion calculation model. An image synthesis part 28 synthesizes a simulation image using the vehicle motion information. A motion control unit 32 calculates the motion to be given to a vehicle compartment part using the vehicle motion information, and controls an oscillation device. A simulation course preparation part 24 sets the accident at an optional part in the prepared simulation course. With this constitution, not only the sense of traveling in the normal traffic circumstances, but also the behavior of the vehicle, the operation for avoiding danger, and so forth when the puncture of a tire or the like occurs are experienced by the driver.
