FIELD: land reclamation. SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for reusing spent drilling muds, their detoxification, and their use as land- reclamating agents. Land-reclamating agent is prepared by adding humin-mineral concentrate containing humin acids to spent drilling mud so that agent contains 12-16% spent drilling mud, 6-7% concentrate, and liquid phase - the rest.
