PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin composition having excellent weld strength and impact resistance with slight transfer stains from a metal mold during molding. SOLUTION: The thermoplastic resin composition comprises a specific rubber- reinforced resin as a component (A) and a polyester resin produced through a solid-phase polycondenation step and subjected to a deactivation treatment of a polycondensation catalyst as a component (B). The ratio of each component based on both the components is 5-95 wt.% [with the proviso that the sum total of the components (A) and (B) is 100 wt.%]. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
