PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coextruding acrylic resin composition from which a co-extruded molded product having good impact resistance in a low-temperature atmosphere and further having good weather resistance and moldability is obtained. SOLUTION: This coextruding acrylic resin composition contains a multilayer- structured polymer in an amount of 100 pts.wt. and crosslinked fine particles in an amount of 1-20 pts.wt., wherein the multilayer-structured polymer has (A) an innermost polymer layer containing a 1-8C alkyl acrylate and/or a 1-4C alkyl methacylate and a graft crossover agent, (B) a crosslinked elastomeric polymer layer containing the 1-8C alkyl acrylate and the graft crossover agent, (C) an outermost polymer layer containing the 1-4C alkyl methacylate, and (D) an intermediate layer which exists between the layers (B) and (C) and contains the 1-8C alkyl acrylate, the 1-4C alkyl methacylate, and the graft crossover agent in such amounts that a ratio of the contained alkyl acrylate units is less than that of the layer (B) and more than that of the layer (C), and the crosslinked fine particles contain an alkyl (meth)acrylate as a main component and have an average particle diameter of 1-20μm.
