PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a musical composition delivery system by which an advertisement prepared by a commercial sponsor is added to a musical composition such as tone incoming melody and/or Karaoke music and delivered to a cellular phone. SOLUTION: A musical composition delivery agent 1 collects musical compositions. The source of collection includes a contents provider 8, a PD (Program Director) musical composition controlled by the musical composition delivery agent, an amateur musical composition producer 7 or the like. The collected musical composition is registered in a musical composition DB 2. The musical composition delivery agent 1 transmits a musical composition list to the commercial sponsor 5. The commercial sponsor 5 selects a desired musical composition from the musical composition list; adds a sound, a picture, a text or the like to the musical composition; transmits the resulting musical composition as an advertisement-provided musical composition; registers the advertisement-provided musical composition in the musical composition DB 2. Now, the musical composition delivery agent 1 advertises that musical composition delivery service is available on Internet 3. Upon selecting a desired musical composition and requesting its delivery by a user, the musical composition delivery agent 1 delivers the musical composition to the cellular phone 4.
