PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a degradable resin that can easily be degraded by heating after curing and has good properties such as surface hardness, storage stability and adhesion, etc., and a degradable resin composition comprising the same. SOLUTION: This degradable resin comprises a carboxy group and an isocyanate group, the ratio of which (COOH:NCO) is between 3:97 and 30:70. The degradable resin composition comprises the resin.
