PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interactive floor planner apparatus which enables the strength of connection between components to visually be judged. SOLUTION: The interactive floor planner apparatus which determines the arrangement position of a function block for which function block information including information regarding pins and connection information on pins between function blocks are defined is constituted by being equipped with a function block shape extraction part which divides each function block into one or a plurality of division pieces according to the shape of the function block obtained from the function block information, an inter-function-block connection computation part which computes the number of connections between pins belonging to the division pieces between division pieces of two function blocks to be connected as the number of connections between the division pieces, and a rat's nest display part which display connections between the division pieces together in one to a line width corresponding to the number of connections between the division pieces.
