SEEDLING-RAISING BOX FOR PADDY RICE

PURPOSE: A seedling-raising box allowing the growth of seed rice to a seedling having a size as much as the seed rice is directly sown in a paddy after throwing bed soil thereinto. It has an effect of easily separating the seedling therefrom while promoting the growth of the seedling. CONSTITUTION: The seedling-raising box having a rectangular shape consists of a plurality of unit cells(4) on the bottom surface(1); and at least one hole formed on the unit cells in which large holes(51) having a diameter of 1.7 to 2.4mm and small holes(52) having a diameter of 0.7 to 1.3mm are alternately disposed at regular intervals. A plurality of ribs(3) are cross-protruded at regular intervals from the bottom surface to form the unit cells that are compartmented each other on the bottom surface. The rib has a distance of 15 to 30mm and a width of 2 to 4mm.
