PURPOSE: A heat-insulating packaging material is provided to improve fire retardancy, compared with the existing aluminum-net-PVC products, and reduce toxic gases when a fire occurs. CONSTITUTION: The heat-insulating packaging material(1) includes an aluminum-synthetic resin film which is formed by adhering the bottom of aluminum(3) to synthetic resin; and a net which is placed between the aluminum-synthetic resin film and the top of aluminum(2). The net and synthetic resin are made of PET.
