FIELD: biotechnology, microbiology. SUBSTANCE: new strains of microorganisms Bacillus subtilis 3/Re and Bacillus licheniformis 31/Re are obtained by multiple reseeding strains B. subtilis 3 and B. licheniformis 31 through nutrient agar with increasing concentration of antibiotics. Strains of microorganisms Bacillus subtilis 3/Re and Bacillus licheniformis 31/Re are deposited in the Collection of the State scientific-research Institute of standardization and control of medicinal biological preparation named for L. I. Tarasevich at numbers GKPM = 263 and GKPM = 264, respectively. Biopreparation "Bisporin" comprises live strains of microorganisms Bacillus subtilis GKPM = 263, Bacillus licheniformis GKPM = 264 taken in the effective amount and protective medium. Optimal ratio of bacterial cultures B. subtilis GKPM = 263 and B. licheniformis GKPM = 264, vol.%: 50:50 in the amount of live microbe cells (4 x 107) (1.6 x 1010) cells/ml (for B. subtilis GKPM = 263) and (2 x 106) (3 x 109) cells/ml (for B. licheniformis GKPM = 264). The preparation "Bisporin" is characterized by high antagonistic activity relating to broad spectrum of pathogenic and opportunistic microorganisms and can be used in common with antibiotics. Invention can be used in veterinary science and medicine for preparing biopreparations normalizing microflora and inhibiting the development of pathogenic microorganisms.
