FIELD: oil producing and chemical industries. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment of reservoirs designed for storing, transfer, receiving and dispensing of oil, oil products and chemical liquids, being used for regulating pressure and vacuum in reservoirs within preset limits. Proposed breather contains gas housing and vent outlet housing. Gas housing has one hole for communicating with gas space of reservoir and some other holes for communicating with atmosphere through gates. Vent outlet housing is provided with outlet hole. Fire barrier is installed in breather. Gas housing is placed inside vent outlet housing. Housing of vent outlet is provided with protective shed under which fire barrier is installed. EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities of breather, improved reliability when operating in atmospheric and gas balancing system. 5 cl, 3 dwg
