摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow rate measuring device capable of reducing a temperature characteristic error.SOLUTION: A flow rate measuring device is arranged inside an intake passage of air sucked into an internal combustion engine and measuring the amount of the sucked air, and includes: a flow rate detection element 9 arranged inside the intake passage; a detection circuit 10 including the flow rate detection element 9 and outputting an analogue signal changing according to a flow rate; a conversion circuit 11 for converting the analogue signal into a digital signal; a temperature detection element 12 for detecting ambient temperature; and a correction circuit 13 for primarily correcting the digital signal by gain and offset (correction factor) capable of arbitrarily setting a temperature factor. Gain and offset change in value according to the ambient temperature detected on the temperature factor arbitrarily set and the ambient temperature detected by the temperature detection element 12. A plurality of pieces of gain and offset are set according to the flow rate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
