PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving object detection device that can prevent occurrence of failures due to surplus adhesive.SOLUTION: A moving object detection device comprises: a magnetic detection element 2; a magnet 3 that applies a magnetic field to the magnetic detection element 2; a substrate 4 that is electrically connected to the magnetic detection element 2, and has an opening part 41 for arranging the magnetic detection element 2 at a portion opposing the magnet 3; a case 6 that has a housing wall 62 surrounding the magnet 3 and a mount stand 64 mounting the substrate 4 thereon; and a cover 7 that covers the magnet detection device 2, the magnet 3, and the substrate 4. The magnetic detection element 2 is anchored to the magnet 3 using an adhesion member 9, and in the opening part 41 of the substrate 4, the substrate includes a gap 41a with the magnetic detection element 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
