PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply apparatus enabling a vehicle to perform an evacuation travel while causing a converter to perform a step-up operation.SOLUTION: A first abnormality detection part generates a DIV1 when detecting a failure in a first-inverter component. A second abnormality detection part generates a DIV2 when detecting a failure in a second-inverter component. A third abnormality detection part generates an FCV and causes the converter to stop when a current flowing in the converter reaches or exceeds a given threshold. A control part performs: executing retry control for the converter to re-operate after a step-up operation of the converter stops with the generation of the FCV; and stopping, in a case where the DIV1 as well as the FCV is generated after the retry, causing the first inverter to stop and applying an AC voltage to a second motor-generator using the converter and second inverter, or causing the converter to stop and applying an AC voltage to the second motor-generator using the second inverter in a case where the only the FCV is generated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
