FIELD: digital computer engineering; processing digital streams. SUBSTANCE: signal is demodulated, converted into digital stream, and signal model is synthesized; electric circuit is set up by using this signal model for processing digital streams; resources and range of reprogrammable logic integrated circuits required for implementing it are determined; load module is generated for signal under control; circuit obtained is checked for serviceability by using signal model or actual signal when breadboard is set up; in case of failure local unserviceable fragment is detected in reprogrammable logic integrated circuit, the latter and load module are program-corrected; in case of success program is entered in electric circuit bank.
