PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing system that can realize an efficient operation even if message systems of a plurality of host computers differ by enabling an operator to execute work without being aware of the difference. SOLUTION: An integrated monitoring system 1 once divides message information output from each host computer 11 to 13 into function codes and changes their arrangement and the like to convert them into standard message information of a predetermined standard message system. After each piece of converted standard message information is collected, function codes indicating the category (operation work) thereof are extracted, and each piece of standard message information is sorted by the category, before delivered to and displayed on a specific client computer 41 to 44 corresponding to the category.
