MANUFACTURING METHOD AND BAKING DEVICE OF PLASMA DISPLAY PANEL (PDP)

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a PDP capable of properly baking a substrate without causing a temperature difference between the front part and the rear part in its carrying direction, and to realize a baking device used for it. SOLUTION: Before a temperature region for baking a panel structure is reached, a transition region for relaxing the temperature difference between the front part and the rear part of the substrate is formed. Thereby, this manufacturing method of the PDP can properly bake the substrate without causing the temperature difference between the front part and the rear part in its carrying direction, and this baking device used for it can be realized.
