PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process and an apparatus for manufacturing a photo-reaction product sheet which sticks a photo-reactive composition accurately on a support. SOLUTION: In a light transmissive film 5 to which a photopolymerized composition is applied from a double-sided side of a support 1 having permeability, one light transmissive film 5 which sticks to the surface side of the support 1 and the support 1 pass the gap between a guide 11 and a coating roll 9a. Both the support 1 and the light transmissive film 5 are brought into contact with each other in this process to impregnate the support 1 with the photo-reaction composition, and air included in the support 1 is sucked and removed to an internal space of the guide 11 decompressed from a rear face side of the support 1. The other light transmissive film 5 is brought into contact with a rear surface side of the support 1 immediately thereafter. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
