PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of accurately detecting centrifugal hydraulic pressure generated in pressurized oil supplied to and discharged from a rotating member such as a continuously variable transmission, and controlling the hydraulic pressure. SOLUTION: The hydraulic pressure control device by which the pressurize oil is supplied into and discharged from the rotating member, is provided with a centrifugal hydraulic pressure detecting means (step S3) for detecting the centrifugal hydraulic pressure at a transient time when the rotational speed of the rotating member fluctuates, estimating delay in the rotational speed fluctuation of the pressurized oil to the rotational speed fluctuation of the rotating member. The detection of the centrifugal hydraulic pressure in expectation of the delay can be executed by moderating the rotational speed of the rotating member or the centrifugal hydraulic pressure calculated from the rotational speed.
