CONSTITUTION: The display apparatus has a glass substrate(31) and a semiconductor substrate(32). A logic IC(33) which performs display control and image acquisition control is mounted on the semiconductor substrate. The logic IC has an image acquisition control unit, a CPU and a main memory. The image acquisition control unit performs the image acquisition control of sensors, The CPU controls the logic IC. Since the last acquisition image is determined on the basis of a result obtained by performing the image acquisition of plural times, image acquisition is performed without being influenced by the characteristic change of the sensors or the change of a threshold voltage of an SRAM to obtain the acquisition image having a low noise and a middle tone.
