FIELD: canned food industry, in particular, production of canned food with the use of dried raw plant material. SUBSTANCE: method involves charging into consumer cans of solid components including at least one dried plant component and media; sealing cans and sterilizing canned product; before charging of raw plant components, providing recovery thereof in the presence of preparation produced by sequential extracting of Mortierella polycephala micromycet biomass with the use of non- polar extractant in above-critical state, water, alkaline, water, acid, water, alkaline, and water; joining first extract with solid residue. EFFECT: reduced consumption of processing additive preventing dried plant component from cooking, reduced effect of said additive upon taste of final product, and increased color stability of final product. |
