<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical phase conversion body, a light selecting/transmitting body and an authenticity decision system which have a high forgery prevention effect, and can easily decide authentic articles. <P>SOLUTION: The optical phase conversion body is provided with a phase conversion layer 11 having optical anisotropy and for transmitting light of specified polarization components and changing the phase of the transmitted light in accordance with the optical path length of the transmitted light, the phase conversion layer 11 is provided with a rugged part 11a formed to a shape of a prescribed pattern on one surface so as to change the optical path length of the transmitted light, the rugged part is an optical diffraction structure part for diffracting the transmitted light. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
