PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless relay apparatus that reduces a passing loss of a delay unit and promotes downsizing and weight reduction of the delay unit. SOLUTION: One delay unit 7 is adopted for delay units having been respectively provided to a downlink main line system and an uplink main line system to provide a fixed delay of one chip or over of a spread code in the code division multiple access system. The downlink main line system and the uplink main line system share the delay unit 7, and the amount of delay of a delay unit 12a of a downlink suppression system and the amount of delay of a delay unit 12b of an uplink suppression system are separately selected.
