PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for navigating a pedestrian to a destination. SOLUTION: The program is provided with a table for storing one or a plurality of proceeding direction angle ranges and guiding information corresponding to the proceeding direction angle ranges in each monitoring zoom set corresponding to one or a plurality of monitoring points provided on the pathway from a starting place to a destination. By acquiring the present place and the proceeding direction of a moving object, the guiding information suited to the proceeding direction angle ranges is acquired from the table and output if the present place is within a monitoring zoom and the proceeding direction is within the proceeding direction angle ranges.
