PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide manufacturing technique or the like for a damper to realize to reduce cost by improving the efficiency in not only all the manufacturing process of a damper, but also consistent processes including subsequent appearance inspection and packing work. SOLUTION: A container forming body and a cover forming body are supplied to the manufacturing device for the damper. The container forming body consists of the integrally forming in advance the connection part fastening a plurality of container bodies to the respective container bodies. It is made to carry out a filling process of a vibration damping material, an adherence process of a cover forming body, various inspection processes and a discharge process. Mass productivity of a damper is improved therefore. If it passes through a series of manufacturing processes, a damper compound forming body integrally having a plurality of dampers is obtained. Since the damper compound forming body can be made to be one handling unit in the case of appearance inspection and packing work, the high efficiency of work can be obtained.
