PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microporous film whose dimension is scarcely changed, when used at high temperature, and which has an excellent strength. SOLUTION: This microporous film is characterized by having an average pore diameter of 1 to 1,000nm and a glass transition temperature of 0 to 300°C.
