The stall (1) includes a section (3) divided into cubicles (4) each having an entrance and exit (6), partitions (5) for separating them from adjacent cubicles and a knee-shaped tubular frame (9) for restricting how far the animal can move from the cubicle entrance/exit when e.g. lying down or crawling.
