SUBSTANCE: invention relates to new derivatives of 1,3-diaryl-2-pyridine-2-yl-3-(pyridine-2-ylamino)propanol of the formula (I): wherein Z means -NH-(C1-C16-alkyl)-(C= O)-, -(C= O)-(C1-C16-alkyl)-(C= O)-, -(C=O)- phenyl-(C= O)-; A1, A2, A3, A4 mean independently of one another amino acid residue; E means -SO2-R4 and R4; R1 means phenyl, thiazolyl, oxazolyl, thienyl, thiophenyl and others; R2 means hydrogen atom, hydroxy- group, CH2OH, OMe; R3 means hydrogen, fluorine atom, OMe; R4 means -(C5-C16-alkyl), -(C0-C16-alkylene)- R5, -(C=O)-(C0-C16-alkylene)-R5, -(C=O)-(C0-C16-alkylene)-NH-R5 and others; R5 means -COO-R6, - (C= O)-R6, -(C1-C6-alkylene)-R7, phenyl, naphthyl and others; R6 means hydrogen atom, -(C1-C6)-alkyl; R7 means hydrogen atom, -(C1-C7)-cycloalkyl, phenyl, naphthyl and others; l, q, m, n, o, p = 0 or 1 being l + q + m + n + o + p = 1 or more than 1, and to their pharmaceutically acceptable salts.
