FIELD: fat-and-oil industry. SUBSTANCE: process intended for removing wax-like substance from vegetable oil comprises preliminarily cooling the latter and adding, at stirring, adsorbent followed by filtration. Adsorbent is second-pressing sunflower oilcake flower used in amount 0.1-0.2% on the weight of oil or grape grain flower used in amount 0.2-0.4%.
