APPARATUS FOR AUTOMATICALLY SAMPLING HYDROCHLORIC ACID SOLUTION USING STRIP LIFTER OF STRIP PICKLING TANK

PURPOSE: An apparatus for automatically sampling hydrochloric acid solution using strip lifter of strip pickling tank is provided to perform the strip pickling process more accurately and smoothly by collecting a sample of the hydrochloric acid solution for pickling strip automatically and simply without manual operation of workers. CONSTITUTION: In an apparatus for automatically sampling a hydrochloric acid solution(210) contained in a pickling tank(200) in the strip pickling process, the apparatus(1) comprises a piston rod fixing part(10) comprising a lever(12) installed on an upper part of frame(240) of strip lifter(230) at one side of the pickling tank in such a way that the lever is operated vertically with being inclined to a certain angle; a sample collection part(50) comprising a hollow tube integrally installed perpendicularly to a bushing part(252) through a fixed plate(56) so that an arm(250) of the lifter is rotationally inserted into the bushing part, and a piston member which is positioned inside the tube, and an upper part of which is fixed to the lever, wherein unidirectional check valves are respectively mounted on upper and lower parts of the tube; a suction part connected to a lower part of the tube of the sample collection part; and a sample storage part comprising a storage can connected to a branch pipe(66) of piston rod of the sample collection part.
