PURPOSE: A portable audio file player having an embedded RF transmitter is provided to improve the activity of a user by wirelessly transmitting an audio signal, and transmit the audio signal without a noise. CONSTITUTION: An RF(Radio Frequency) transmitter(70) has a predetermined fixed frequency other than an FM modulation radio frequency area and another predetermined fixed frequency of the FM modulation radio frequency area as transmission frequencies. The RF transmitter modulates an audio signal finally output through a D/A(Digital-to-Analog) converter(16). An RF receiver(80) has a predetermined fixed frequency other than the FM modulation radio frequency area as a receiving frequency. An output unit outputs(60) the audio signal received through the RF receiver.
