PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an auto-focusing device excellent in all aspects of responsiveness, stability, precision, and quality in order to constantly provide a high-definition moving picture and a high-resolution still picture without disorder of an image by hunting. SOLUTION: The auto-focusing device is constituted to perform a judgment of near focusing and stop focusing by using data of near focusing.
