PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an advertisement presenting device for presuming a running route to present information on the presumed running route even when route guidance is not being performed by a navigation device. SOLUTION: This advertisement presenting device comprises an information providing device 10 mounted on a vehicle and an advertisement delivery center 20 for delivering advertisement data near the running route, wherein advertisement data delivered from the delivery center 20 is received by the providing device 10 and the advertisement data is presented to occupants in the vehicle. The providing device 10 estimates a running route from a present position to a destination based on past running route data on the vehicle. The delivery center 20 delivers advertisement data on the periphery of the estimated running route.
